Selah Care Center works very hard to ensure we deliver a quality program for our Members. We want to know, from you, how well we are meeting the needs of your loved one and your family. Please answer the following questions and comment as needed.
Selah Care Center cares about how you feel!
We have proven to be a vital part of our caregiver's lives, providing
support, listening to your needs, assisting you in times of unexpected
circumstances. We provide hours that are conducive to YOUR work schedule. We
are flexible. Most of all we are able to meet the needs of your loved one so
that you can move forward and do what is important to you. Moving forward
without concern or guilt. Listen to what our Caregiver's say about the
services we provide:
"The hours work well, enabling me to continue to meet the needs of my career and family. The staff anticipates my mother's needs and meets them better than I expect. The Center is beautiful, extremely clean and just like a home. The staff provide constant communication to me about her day, friendly atmosphere, I am very comfortable in dealing with all of the staff and my mother's needs, and mine as well, are met at a high level."
"The staff is knowledgable about her disease, causes of her behaviors and ways to redirect them. Because of this, I am able to move forward with my day with peace of mind. And I know she is well because when I arrive to pick her up at the end of the day, she is smiling, kisses all who are near her and says, "Thank you for such a wonderful day!"

We send out a questionnaire occasionally, and the response we received from the following questions and this family, are greatly appreciated!
Have the hours at Selah worked well with your schedule? "Heck yea!"
How would you rate the level of care that your loved one receives at the center? "Are you kidding? Amazing!"
How would you rate your relationship with the Selah staff? "Short of shining my shoes when I arrive, they do okay."
Do you feel the utilization of the Center has alleviated daily stressors and/or worries in regards to your loved one's care? "I know my mother is safe and feels loved. You guys always go above and beyond. (And you made me think twice about that bridge I was about to jump off of!)"
Would you say that your loved one has shown any signs of improvement in their increase of motivation, appetite, or sleeping pattern? "My mother feels loved and appreciated and it shows in her overall mood."
